On Sunday, April 28, 2013, thirty of our family and friends joined us to March for Babies in memory of Kyleigh. Our team, Kyleigh’s Gift, raised $1660 for the March of Dimes! The weather was beautiful and we could not have asked for a greater turn out of support from everyone … walkers and those who donated money. A friend designed a t-shirt specific to our team and everyone proudly wore their Kyleigh’s Gift shirts at the walk. It was fun to look around and see that our team was the only one with yellow shirts! Walking the one mile route was definitely a bittersweet moment, one we would not have experienced if Kyleigh were with us today. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we are grateful that we got to share it with so many people who love Kyleigh!
